You haven’t changed your password in the last six months. Please select change my password from the options to reset your password.

All users are required to update their password every 180 days.
In order to reset your password, you must first setup your security questions.
Enter your user name and password to
edit your profile and select the logon
button. You will be prompted to provide
answers to security questions that will be
asked when attempting to reset your
password through MyPassword Self-Service Portal.
When changing or resetting your
password, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Password must have a minimum of 8
Password should not be based on
well known or easily accessible
Password must contain characters
from at least three of the following four categories:
Uppercase character (A - Z)
Lowercase character (a - z)
Numbers (0 - 9)
Non-alphabetic characters (for example ! $ # %)
Phone (SMS) as Email
To use your text messaging (SMS) enabled phone as your personal email, enter your phone number in 10 digit format followed by the domain pertaining to your phone carrier. Please see examples below:
US Cellular: email@example.com
Please remember to update your information if your phone number or service carrier changes so that you may continue to use it to reset your password in a future.
